Carbon Composites: Integran’s low CTE Nanovate™ coatings can be applied directly onto carbon composite parts to protect them from impacts and wear.

Electronics: Integran’s low CTE Nanovate™ coatings can be applied directly to metal  or plastic electronics components.

 

Overview:


Unlike other processes, the Nanovate™ process is a dependable way to produce extremely hard, low CTE coatings that can be applied to a large variety of polymer, metal, and semiconductor substrates with good adhesion. As well, the CTE of the Nanovate™ material can be tailored to match your specific application.
