Overview:
Integran's durable composite molds are enabled by the extremely hard and durable Nanovate™ coating technology. By applying a fully dense Nanovate™ layer onto relatively soft composite molds, they are protected from scratches and impacts. As well, the low CTE of the Nanovate™ alloy ensures excellent adhesion to the composite substrate. Nanovate™ protected composite molds last longer and produce better parts than conventional composite molds.
