Integran's core competency in metallurgy, chemistry and materials science enables us to customize materials for different applications.

Alloy customization
  • Integran has used its process to create a number of nanocrystalline metals in a number of alloys including:
    • Cu, Zn, Pd, Au, Ag, Pt, Ni, Co, Fe, Pb, Sn
  • Cost effective processes have also been developed for binary and ternary nanocrystalline alloys such as:
    • Ni-Fe, Ni-Co, Zn-Ni, Co-P, Co-W-P, Ni-Mo, Fe-C
Particulate Co-deposition
  • Integran can combine different micro particles into it's Nanomaterials which allows for very novel hybrid materials
  • Hard particulate can improve abrasion resistance (boron carbide, diamond, silicon carbide)
  • Dry lubricants can add self-lubricating capabilities (currently being developed for greaseless weapons)
Inner Tube Coating
  • A core capability that Integran has developed from its experience with nuclear steam generator tube repair and gun barrel coatings is the ability to coat on the inside surface of tubes
  • Inner tube coating can be applied for both structural (wear resistance, strength) or functional purposes (catalysis, magnetics)
